No, products orderd with bulk discounts for businesses are not to be used for wholesale purposes. Please note that purchases made with the bulk order discount are not permitted to be resold, whether online or in brick-and-mortar retailers. Season Journals guarantees all products against defects. If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact hello@seasonjournals.com for replacement instructions.

We take pride in our creation, design, and production of our products here at Season Journals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a full refund to the method of payment used when purchasing, less shipping, up to 30 days after you have received your package. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email hello@seasonjournals.com to initiate a return.

All Custom Dust Jacket orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Season Journals makes every effort to ship orders within 2 business days (M–F) of receiving payment, if no custom services have been requested. Journals ship from Ohio and transit time may vary between three and ten days, depending on the shipping option selected. Please allow an additional 10 business days if you have ordered custom dust jackets.
